Our European Degustation Lunch held a few weeks ago was such an amazing afternoon – all of our guests and the JAM team had a ball. So much so that I promised everyone I would hold another Degustation after my trip to Europe, so in November JAM Corner will host a ‘Post European Degustation Lunch’ where you can sample some amazing foods and wines inspired by my European adventures.
And, come the summer months, the European inspired look and feel will also flow through to the summer menu.
I head off mid-September, returning late October ‘to explore some fantastic new ideas’. You’ll be able to follow my European adventures on the JAM Corner Blog.
I hope to bring back new inspiration and ideas to continue delivering exquisite food to my “wonderful customers” who are more like family and friends now.
