The best of the Noosa Food & Wine Festival is coming to Townsville, and JAM Corner will be hosting a 6 course Degustation Dinner on Wednesday 6th March 2013 to celebrate.
The JAM Team will be joined by two of Australia’s most renowned Chefs from the Noosa Food and Wine Festival.
Marty Boetz from Longrain Restaurant Sydney whose passion and palate has earned him a reputation as one of Australia’s leading talents of contemporary Thai-style Asian cooking.
Shane Bailey Executive Chef at Berardo’s Restaurant & Bar and Berardo’s Bistro on the Beach at Noosa. For the last 5 years, Shane has been responsible for and orchestrated all of the on-site catering for the Noosa Food & Wine Festival.
