January 22, 2013Okay, so it’s another hot summer, nothing new for Townsville, but the exciting thing about Summer is of course the Food!
It’s a great time of year to embrace light, refreshing and flavoursome dishes, from simple and tasty to something a little more elaborate.
This year’s summer menu has been really well received, however we’ve now tweaked a few of the dishes to include:
DINNER
Huon salmon, beetroot risotto, cucumber, mint, horseradish yoghurt
7 secret spiced calamari, jammed chilli, coriander, orange & blossoms
Red duck curry, bio dynamic rice, salted pineapple, bok choy
Orecchietti pasta, confit chicken, peas, tarragon, fresh mozzarella
LUNCH
Salad of honey cured salmon belly, Middle Eastern slaw, Labneh, basil, zatar
7 secret spiced calamari, jammed chilli, coriander, orange & blossoms
