Winter Dining in Townsville just got a whole lot better with the new JAM Winter Menu now being served.
Come in and enjoy our flavour packed menu. We have created some great new winter dishes you will love. Here’s a taste:
- Almond crusted salmon on saffron prawn risotto, clams, caramelised lemon dressing
- Winter Dish for two Slow roasted lamb shoulder w/heirloom carrots, baba ganoush, crispy Persian feta, minted yoghurt + harissa
- Dark Callebaut chocolate fondant, poached petite pears, mulled wine, vanilla ice cream
We also have created a new Breakfast Menu for Winter.
