I’m really pleased to let you know that I have returned to the JAM kitchen with the first order of the day being the launch of our new and tantalising Winter Menu today. Townsville Restaurants are renowned for their innovative menus, and we take great pride in delivering new menus each season.
The new JAM menu combines a couple of “Matt Merrin Classics” including BBQ Townsville Tiger prawns split, brushed with chilli, garlic + oregano w/ chips and the delectable Salt flake + Sichuan pepper dusted calamari on Malaysian chilli sauce, watercress.
I’ve also included some new winter inspired dishes such as Western Plains pork cutlet on braised lentils w/ fig, goats curd + prosciutto and the popular Chiang Mai curried soup w/ chicken + ginger dumplings, shiitake mushrooms.
