The Robert Oatley Degustation Dinner at JAM Corner on Wednesday Night was a sellout event and a great success.

Darren Jahn from Robert Oatley hosted the dinner and gave all who attended a great insight into the new Signature Series wines by Robert Oatley.

Head Chef Adam Gower’s Degustation Menu was the perfect taste sensation to match the new Signature Wine Series being showcased.

• Townsville buttered prawns with Robert Oatley Signature Sauvignon Blanc & Signature Riesling
• Local sugar cured tuna with Robert Oatley Signature Chardonnay
• Atherton duck with Robert Oatley Signature Pinot Noir
• Kimberley Red beef cheeks with Robert Oatley Signature Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon

Thanks Darren & Adam, it really was a great night. Our next event will be the Villa Maria luncheon upstairs on the balcony on Sunday August 5th – book early, as it will be a sell out…..can’t wait – we just love bringing these special food events to Townsville!!
