Perfect for the health conscious as we source the best produce from throughout North Queensland, and Australia. All of our menus are driven by seasonal produce allowing you to come back time after time to enjoy.

JAM, your neighbourhood restaurant is always introducing new and fresh flavours. A couple of great entrees to try are the Duck dumplings, Asian broth, chilli sambal, chives, sesame or the Half shell scallops, Jerusalem artichoke cream + crisps, aged parmesan, gremolata oil.

For for mains featuring local produce, why not try the Neighbourhood Winter Warmer Pasta & Vino – Slow braised Wagyu ragu, pappardelle, aged parmesan served with a glass of Bel Colle Barbera D’Alba DOC , Piedmont, IT or a superb Rib Eye, 300g John Dee Supergold MSA, potato + parmesan mousseline, broccolini, bearnaise.

The ‘Luxe Room’ is perfect for gatherings of up to 16 guests. This is a great room for business occasions, pre-wedding family dinners, engagement dinners, birthdays and anniversaries.
