Next month JAM will be part of an amazing dinner on the lawns of Jupiter’s Casino. The dinner is part of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, and the dinner is called “Chefs in the North Dinner”.
I have been involved with the dinner since the start 7 years ago. This year Jam’s Head Chef Adam will team up with Ricardo Momesso from Sarti Melbourne to create one of the courses. The dinner to be held on Thursday the 26th July is already a sell out. Have a read of this article to find out more.
