10 Years of AGFG Chef Hats

Exciting news! The 2022 AGFG Chef Hat Awards have officially been released. This marks 10 years now that JAM has received the prestigious AGFG Chef Hat award.

A HUGE achievement for us and the region.

Our second restaurant Bridgewater Q as well as A Touch of Salt also received the AGFG Chef Hat for 2022. Its exciting having three local chef owner restaurants in Townsville winning the award.

2022 is providing us with continued challenges in hospitality with COVID, supply issues and staff shortages across the country. Despite these daily challenges it’s a privilege to be working alongside our current passionate & dedicated team.
