A European Cuisine Experience Under the Stars

The team at Sensation Festivals are at it again, this time with an elegant black tie gala dinner in Townsville’s newest gem – Jezzine Barracks – Saturday 6th September.

Arrival cocktails from 5:30pm to catch the stunning sunset, then join Matt Merrin (JAM) and Javier Codina as they create a one-off European inspired journey.

Enjoy a perfect spring evening, al fresco dining, fabulous entertainment and very interactive dining while watching the stars shine on Castle Hill.

Introducing a new talent to the Starlit Sensation team – Javier Codina (pictured) – Chef de Cuisine, and the force behind Brisbane’s Moda & Moda Catering who will join award winning chef Townsville’s own Matt Merrin.

A native of Barcelona, Javier Codina has worked in some of the world’s finest dining rooms, including The Arts Hotel in Barcelona, The San Francisco Ritz Carlton and the exclusive Chewton Glen Hotel in Hampshire, England.
