Thought I would share with you Kieran’s favourite Bar in England!!!!

“On my recent trip to the UK I was lucky enough to eat and drink at some amazing restaurants and bars across the country; Jamie Oliver’s Restaurant in my home town York with my mum and dad; Côte in London with one of my friends; and Bem Brasil in Manchester with one of my sisters. But hands down my favourite venue was a bar called Cloud 23 in Manchester.

Cloud 23 is located on the 23rd floor of the Hilton hotel right in the middle of Manchester city centre. You sit looking out across the city skyline, with what seems to be only a thin window separating you from a very large trip to the pavement. The views are stunning, the drinks list is very extensive but fantastic, not the cheapest in the world though and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. All that you want in a trendy bar. Surely we could arrange something for the top of Castle hill?
