Perfect for the health conscious as we source the best produce from throughout North Queensland, and Australia. All of our menus are driven by seasonal produce allowing you to come back time after time to enjoy.

JAM is always introducing new and fresh flavours. A couple of great entrees to try are the Crispy calamari, pickled fennel + cucumber, Malaysian chilli sauce, herbs or the Kingfish sashimi, watermelon + chilli salsa, finger lime pearls, coconut nahm jim, kaffir lime salt.

For for mains featuring local produce, why not try the Townsville prawns, green risotto, peas, asparagus, pearls, fennel pollen or the Spring lamb shoulder massaman curry, eggplant, pumpkin, peanut + sesame seeds, Thai basil jasmine rice.

And follow with one of JAM’s scrumptious desserts like Mt Edna single origin chocolate lava cake, blueberry ice cream + compote!

The ‘Luxe Room’ is perfect for gatherings of up to 16 guests. This is a great room for business occasions, pre-wedding family dinners, engagement dinners, birthdays and anniversaries.
