Dear Matt,   Last Sunday morning (25th March) I held my birthday breakfast at your restaurant and I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent experience we had on the day.   The floor staff were friendly, helpful and extremely attentive when it came to taking our food and drink orders. Our meals came out in record time for a large table of 20 people and the meals were divine. Every single one of my guests enjoyed their breakfast, with the majority of them dining at JAM for the first time.   Overall, the relaxed atmosphere, high quality of service and exceptional meals made for an extremely enjoyable morning! I just wanted to send a big thank you to Jam Corner and all of your staff that worked on Friday for the Luxe Room.  We had a fantastic evening and can honestly say that the evening was our best dining experience in Townsville. The service by the staff was great, very friendly, professional and prompt. The food was amazing and the room was beautiful. Even the fact that you could talk to people down the other end of the table is a huge advantage, especially with a big table. You have done a really good job designing the room and taking acoustics into consideration. I know I have already said it but the food was amazing. Well done and thank you. Hi everyone, We just wanted to say a big thank you again to everyone involved last night. We had the best night ever especially as it was our first Valentines Day together. What a great group of people at JAM Corner. You did more than a great job on Monday night, you were amazing. On Friday 28th August we attended the RAAF Officers Degustation dinner at Jam Corner which was an excellent night made even more so by the wonderfully informative service by Missy who would have to be by far the best table waiting lady we have ever experienced and could you please extend to her our thanks from all those dining. Hi Katie, I just want to say a massive THANK YOU for everything you did for us. Your assistance in the lead up to our wedding day was amazing. You were always so kind and helpful. And the set up of the room was amazing! It looked absolutely stunning, you nailed it. Thank you, thank you. The Food was so beautiful, everyone was beyond happy with their meals so please pass on our thanks to the Chefs. The wait staff on the night were also fantastic, providing constant service.
